Small Businesses

Small businesses often have difficulty meeting business objectives due to lack of staffing or expertise. I offer temporary and monthly accounting services, including general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and account analyses. On a seasonal basis I offer assistance with audit preparedness, budgeting, and long-term financial planning. Also available are key business process reviews in areas such as cash controls, accounts receivables/payables, fixed assets, inventory and payroll.

Non-profit Organizations

Non-profit organizations need to meet their objectives at a reasonable cost. Non-profits also need to protect donor funds and comply with donor restrictions. Services available include bookkeeping, accounting oversight, internal controls reviews, general ledger clean-up, assistance in responding to governmental agencies, and audit assistance.

Individuals

Individuals have a variety of needs that may require assistance. Some examples are bill paying, bank reconciliations, and assistance in compiling information for tax return preparation. I can also work directly with your estate attorney to assist in estate planning and monitoring estate activity.
